Affordable & Tasty: Chito’s Pizza
Address: 1308 Bloor St. W TORONTO, ON
Speciality: Chicken Shwarma Pizza
Price: $4.25 (2 slices) no drink
A single tear softly slid down my cheek as I gently devoured the delicacy that was placed before me. Was this the doing of Prometheus? Perhaps the taking of fire was not
the only sin he committed. Surely this ambrosia— fallen from the table of Zeus — is mans final stolen gift from Olympus.
At this juncture I feel it’s only fair that I admit the tiny bias I have for Chito’s Pizza. It’s amazing, and frankly no amount of fucking profanity can wanking express how delicious and affordable it is.
Located at the intersection of Bloor and Lansdowne this easy to miss joint— according to Blog T.O —ranks among the top 25 pizzas in Toronto. However, what Blog T.O fails to mention is Chito’s unbeatable price.
For $2.25 you get a slice of pizza— deluxe, hawaiian, vegetarian, or pepperoni —covered in juicy, fresh chunks of shawarma chicken. Your slice is literally buried underneath a half-inch layer of meat making only tiny specs of the original pizza visible.
Pools of tangy garlic sauce are drizzled over the layer of chicken concealing any hint of the pizza below. And, if you’re in the mood to splurge, you can get one extra toping— green olives, black olives, pineapples, green peppers, jalapeños or tomatoes — for just .15 cents.
And for all you herbivores, yes there is a vegetarian option! It’s like salad or something. Who cares.

Je-sus. You know all the best pizza places in town.

Awesome!!! I’ll check this place out.
You def should! Also, if you really like pizza, check out a place called “King Slice.” It’s near Dundas West station.
